Making a Claim
In the event of a claim, one of our Client Liaison Executives will take full details of the loss and guide you through the steps you need to take to mitigate further damage and, if necessary, arrange for a loss adjuster to be appointed. You should hear from the Loss Adjuster within 24 hours who will make an appointment to visit you and your home to discuss your claim.

Out of Hours Claims Assistance

Important Information When Making a Claim
Notifying Insurers of a claim:
It is a condition of any insurance policy that you notify insurers of any loss or potential loss as soon as practically possible. Failure to do so may prejudice your claim.
Mitigating further loss:
It is a condition of every insurance policy that in the event of a loss that you take all reasonable steps to avoid any further damage occurring. For example, if you have tiles blown from your roof in high winds you should contact a local contractor and arrange for temporary repairs to be made. If you fail to do this and rain water leaks into the property at a later date, causing damage to internal décor, insurers may exclude the costs of redecoration from your claim.
